my friend is diabetic and has been diagonised with renal problem a week back.his creatinine is 2.4.diabetes is under control..has been prescribed sobisis/renalog/dompan and amtas[twice] what is the use of all of these medicines.why is renalog and sobosis[salt] prescribed?please let me know
