I suggest u take your mind of the'fast' weight reduction plan. Fibromyagia pain is difficult to manage let alone your routine workout. Start a perfect diet plan. Workout multiple times a day instead of one continuous stretch. Go for a long walk. Also check out your depression status as depression can also increase the symptoms of fibromyalgia. This will help you on the long run.
