What Is The White Patch Around The Nipple Of My Breast?
hello dr im 21 yrs old and hav sen a white patch round the npple of my breast..i consulted a dermatoligist n she has prescribed me anti fungals...n asked me 2 continue applying de cream lucanazole fr a month..its been almost 1 week i see no change can it b vitiligo

Some more information will be helpful.21 yrs old married or mother .Any recent history of breast feeding.If these points are there then the likely fungal infection can not be rule out.Is there any other symptoms like itching redness is associated.
Unmarried and if the white patch is persistent for longer time,if the white patch is seen inside the nipple areolar area also then one of the reasons may be vitiligo ,further advise is possible only after examination only.A general physician,a breast surgeon /a Plastic surgeon will be able to throw more light.
