What Is Wrong With My Numb Thumb That Has Pins And Needles On It?

Hi, my name's Tim and I am a thumb sucker. I feel asleep laying on my stomach and I was sucking my thumb. I had the weight of my head and my teeth biting into my thumb. I was like this for probably a few hours and when I woke up my thumb was numb with pins n needles. It has been this way for over 24 hrs now. What's wrong? And what do I do??? Please help! YYYY@YYYY

Hi. Simply the nerves in the thumb have got the pressure symptoms , should be fine with time. If necessary you can visit a doctor who can prescribe you medicines like steroids or so as per the clinical findings.
