What Kind Of Diet And Exercises Are Recommended For RSDS Patient?
I have RSDS in both hands and it is starting to spread into my legs. I take Neurotin, Wellbutrin and strong pain medications, as needed. I have gained 37 lbs. since the RSDS started and need to figure out a way to exercise (low impact) and diet to drop some pounds. Any ideas!!! Help!!!!
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it is difficult to manage the pain. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, calcium supplements, and pain killers. Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and and sea foods. You can reduce weight by reducing calories, fats, and oils. Reducing sleeping time. and practicing morning walk, yoga, and gardening. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
