What Kind Of Doctor Can Treat Sensitiveness Of The Eye To Light And Blurred Vision?

Recently my eyes have become sensitive to light and my vision blurrs. I wear glasses. What type of doctor should I see to evaluate this condition. I had an eye test 5 months ago with an optometrist. My prescription changes but there was nothing else noted.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having sensitivity to light and blurred vision. Sensitivity to light also called as photophobia and blurring of vision may be seen in diseases of cornea like corneal epithelial defect, keratitis, diseases of iris and ciliary body like iritis. These conditions are painful and usually associated redness.
If redness and pain are not present then it can be glare which occurs because of opacity in the media like cataract.
Hence this requires evaluation by a doctor to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
You need to contact eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
