What Kind Of Doctors Are Involved In Chronic Transfusion Therapy?

Hi I am a Bio-med student in South Carolina. I am doing an activity on a seven year old female whom is being treated with chronic transfusion therapy. I am almost completed with my report, but am unable to find a list of doctors that are involved with the treatment process. All I need to know are the names of the professions. Thanks!
