What Kind Of Knee Support Is Recommended For Light Aerobic Exercise?

I had an operation for a torn cartilage, over ten years ago. I still suffer from discomfort as a result of the injury. I would like to take part in some light aerobic exercise. Mainly using my arms and just pace my legs. What kind of knee support do you recommend.
