What Kind Of Supplements Will Help Me In Increasing My Height?
Hello sir, I am 22 years of age. My height is 5.4 and i am very thin also. Can you tell me the formula till which i can increase my height. My father height is 5.6 or 5.7 . My mother 5 feet. My elder brother too has a height of 5.7. I desperately want to increase my height. Please tell me how can i increase that.. Also supplements like step up height increase or like that would work or not.
Increase in height happens due to the length of bone. Bone length determines your height. Muscle adds structure and posture to your body. Such an increase in bone length ceases around the age of 23. You are already 22.
Your height increase can be augmented by exercises and erect posture throughout your daily routines including sleep. Can also do exercises such as pull ups. Your hereditary line is also not so high.
Therefore, don't worry about what you don't have. Be happy with what you have. Don't loose money on so called miracle cures.
Height of an individual is determined by Genetics, Environmental & Nutritional factors and Hormonal factors (most important the Growth Hormone secreted by pituitary gland in brain) An individual stops growing in height after the fusion of the Epiphyses (growth plates) of the long bones, which occurs by the age of 19-23 yrs in males.
So...you may still have a chance of increasing your height. Make sure that you are taking a healthy & balanced diet, exercise regularly & avoid stress. Protein rich diet like soya, groundnut, pulses, etc should be incorporated in your diet plan.
