What Kind Of Tests Should Be Taken After Not Recovering From Fever Even After Taking Medication?

Hello aim feeling like fever but no fever I regularly checking temperature it's around 37degree, but at evening time around between 5 to 10pm I fell bitter taste and feels like loss of energy .

It's now from last 4 days iam feeling the same , I already consulted doctor and he has given flu,cold tablets along with bronchitis syrup.

Please suggest do I need to make any test , are it will go

Dear sir

Following tests are recommended
1. Complete blood counts especially platelet counts
2. Peripheral smear study for maleria and other parasite
3. Widal testing
4. Dengue igm antibody estimation

I think these tests will reveal the primary cause for your fever in most of times
