What Kind Of Treatment Is Recommended For Type 1 Prostatomegaly Post Urinary Catheterisation?
My ultra sound scan shows grade i Prostatomegaly and prostate wighs 24gm and residual unine 22ml..My doctor adviced me to continue medicine for 3more weeks.I had undergone cathedral and emptied bladder 2 weeeks ago.I would like to get your opinion..Now urine flow and frequency is almost normal.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the enlarge prostrate then first thing needs to be done is rule out the malignancy if this is benign one and have symptoms of urgency of urine or retention of urine then surgery is the option for this, hope this is information helps.
