Hello,

The first question to ask is why did you consume benedryl and ibrufen so much? is there any prescribed for you? are you asthamatic or are you having any other respiratory problems. Consumptions of too much medication can lead to ill effects. Hope you must be aware of it.

Now you haven't mention your age so we need to known one now. Of you're diabetic or having High BP then we need to consider that as well.

The itching in the hand and swelling can be due to multiple factors. Either this has arised due to any injury or may be a drug reaction. We need to assess this.

Shortness of breath can occur in multiple reasons but kindly avoid excessive medication as it may have adverse effect over your body too.

Now for hand I will advice you first to dip it in hot water and do finger clenching and opening for few minutes like 15. Post which you can tie the creepe bandage and it will help reduce the swelling.

If the itching don't stop you need to consult a skin specialist for the same. Do not consume medicine without any proper medical advice. it may lead to unwanted reactions.

Now for breathlessness, you need to exercise daily with pulmonary rehabilitation plan which can be taught by a physiotherapist based on the requirements. You can take nebulization for breathlessness if you doctor advice you one.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
