Hello About 10 days back there was excruciating pain in right lower abdomen and still you are feeling dizziness. You didn t mention that you are a female or male . Pain in itself causes dizziness , even shock in a patient . So pain may be due to . 1 Right renal calculus , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both kidenys. 2 Appendix infection , as physical examination will find out the condition of appendix. 3 Right ovarian cyst on of the most important reason of such pain in female patient . Ultrasound is important. Dizziness may be due to anemia , hyper tension ( hypotension also causes dizziness) , hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia . However there are so many other reasons of dizziness as Miener s disease or ear problem. In my opinion this dizziness don t related to pain 10 days back , so consult a physician and get his opinion because in this case physical examination is important. Good luck.
