What Medication Is Suggested For Fissure In Anus?

I have been diagnosed with Fissure in Anus.
The medicines prescribed are :
Zanocin oz
Ganaton
Pantocid 40
cap AXN

Could you please tell me the function of each one of them?
Also if the diagnosis turns out to be wrong and it is hemorrhoids instead of fussure (as a muscle hangs out the anus) will this prescription be effective?

I really appreciate your concern if this is purely fissure then the underlying cause of this need to be treated and that is the constipation, due to the heard fecal material the inner mucosa of rectum get traumatized and this results in fissures first thing is to make the fecal material soft and then anal dilatation, in medicine anti-biotic, local steroid, stool softener, these would gives good response, have a nice day.
