What Medicication Should I Prefer For Severe Chest Pain?
I started getting severe chest pains like I was hit though that was not the case.been having the pain for two months now and da doctor prescribed myolgin the same is not working and my pain has gotten worse.an xray shows nothing is wrong.please advise

Severe chest pain shouldn't be taken lightly.It is important to rule out cardiopulmonary causes.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,lipid profile,liver function test,renal function test,ECG in all leads.
Further investigations can be done if needed.
Upper GI endoscopy should also be done to rule out reflux as it may cause similar symptoms.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
