What Medicine Is Taken For Downs Syndrome And Dizzy Spells?

Hello,i need some advice,my daughter is 19 and has downs syndrome,she has been having recurrent boils for the past two years and the most recent ones she has had has left her feeling dizzy and unwell. what does this mean,is it possible she might have sepsis because she is having dizzy spells wnenever she stands up.

I really appreciate your concern for your daughter looking to the history given here she would be in need of clinical examination to rule out the possibility of any bacterial infection she could be treated with symptomatic medicine but as such she is Downs syndrome patient so better to go for consultation, take care and have a nice day.
