A right sided pain with feeling of bloating could be due to problem of gallbladder. it could even be related to the liver.Another thing, if pain is radiating down, it could be of urogenital organs. So for all of these, its mandatory to undergo a thorough ultrasound of whole abdomen alongwith your liver function test, kidney function test.
