good morning Dr. I am a problem of running Nose & i wouldn t able to take breathe from nose i take breathe from my mouth & Dr. i am having headache problem also. Sometime when i don t have running nose problem then also i take breathe from my mouth. Dr. tell me what is my problem Y I cann t able to take breathe from my nose

You are likely suffering from Sinusitis that's why you are having Headache and running nose with nasal blockage. Homoeopathic medicine has good results in this field. Start talking Allium cepa 200, 10 drops twice daily and Teucrium 200, 10 drops twice daily in 1/2 cum of luke warm water. Consult a Homoeopath.

You might be having adenoid enlargement with recurrent sinusitis.This cn cause difficulty of breathing from nose , snoring repeated infections etc.,I advise you to visit an ENT specialist as early as possible and get examined completely.
