What Medicine To Take To Drain The Throat Completely And Ease The Sinus Pressure?

I have constant drainage in my throat and clear it constantly. I can't blow it out and it's not an infection, although I do feel sinus pressure at times. I would prefer something OTC and am considering a neti pot if you think that would help. It just sits on top of my epiglottis.

Hello,
YOu must consult an ENT specialist to get examined and if required a CT scan can be done of nose and paranasal sinuses to see for the extent of disease.
You may require antibiotics and decongestants (both nasal and oral decongestants) .
Just using netti pot will not help.It may give you some relief but not complete treatment.
In doubt do reply
