What Medicines Should Be Given To A Child Suffering From Paralysis Post Craniopharyngioma Operation As He Is Not Responding To Physiotherapy ?

Hi Doctor , My child is now 5 years.He was operated for Craniopharyngioma at the age of 3.After surgery he was left with left paralysis and multi endocrine deficiency. We are treating him with physiotheraphy for left paralysis but there is no much improvement till now.Please let me know if any medicine can help.

The area of right hemisphere of the brain affected during operation and causes that and it will improve to some extent with age and physiotherapy is the only option now.
