What Medicines Should One Take For Fever With Nasal Congestion And Headache ?
I have been suffering from fever from past 3 days and had been prescribed Azee -500 and Dolo 650 by the local doctors as a three days course. Now on the third day i am having problem of nasal congestion and headache . So I want to know if I can have D Cold Total in the afternoon at 4 o clock if I had Dolo 650 in the morning at 9 o clock?

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. dolo [paracetamol] can be given every 4 hours if there is persistent fever or pains. D Cold total also contains paracetamol. you can take it at 4pm . if blood test is done you can exclude the eosinophelia or typhoide. so better see the doctor once again. thank you.

the medicines prescribed r correct.
since u r still having the infection continue the same upto 5th day.
yes, u can take D-cold total at 4`o` clock, but note it should be taken after a meal/ eat something light.. to avoid gastric irritation. also, instead og dolo-650 u can take this D-cold total along with Azee, to avoid nasal congestion.
