What Might The Pimples On The Buttocks And Itchy Anus Be, Having Tried Hydrocortisone, Destitin, Neosporin And Nystatin Without Any Relief?
My 9 year old son has pimples on his buttocks & has an itchy anus. Pimples do not itch though. He says his anus hurts when he wipes himself. He keeps getting more pimples on his buttocks. My 5 year old had the same symptoms about 5 weeks ago. We tried every medicine from hydrocortisone, desitin, A&D ointment, neosporin, nystatin & nothing has helped. What is it?

Hi, I have read your query and according to my opinion you should try as an antiallergic(steroid ) with anti infective(clindamycine) locally for 4-5 days.If there is no respond then consult with dermatologist.
