Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
hi,

thank you for providing the brief history of you.

a thorough clinical cardiovascular assessment is advised.

As you had undergone the PTCA, now a thorough post PTCA physical therapy rehabilitation is needed as per the research to build up the cardio respiratory endurance.

Also post PTCA the physical therapy rehabilitation has a good outcome score. Exercise will help improve the cardiac functioning and also will help to avoid future breathlessness issues which are common due to reduced cardio respiratory endurance.

In my clinical practice patients with PTCA are referred to complete cardiac rehabilitation under physical therapist and most of then have better outcome score.
