Hi,
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. Usually we give aspirin tablets to prevent development of hypertension in patients with diastolic notch. But as you had history of preterm pain, you need to be careful and take adequate rest, monitor foetus for growth, check BP regularly. Most important is you need to check the reason for previous pretem pain so that treatment can be planned to prevent recurrence. Most COMMON CAUSE OF PRETERM IS INFECTION.
Please ask if you have more questions. If you are satisfied, please make sure that your ACCEPT my answer so that I receive credit. Good luck!!
