Read your prob, the symptoms which you have all are present in cervical spondolytic lesion, this is cause of tachycardia, numbness, pain etc. you should get MRI of cervical spine. discuss it with your doc n start muscles relaxant after advising of your doc. you should consult with physiotherapist as it helps in subsiding your symptomes.
