What Should I Do For Itchy Nodules In My Scrotum?
Hi i have these little nodules in my scrotum and it is sometimes itchy and flaky and sometimes others are tender with some white starchy thing when opened. What is the remedy for these? The are hard to prick.Thank you for your help.Its been here for years now though not really disturbing.Thank you very much for your help.

dear, you are having multiple sebaceous cysts of the scrotum. You need is a scrotoplasty by plastic surgeon to have smooth normal scrotal pouch. Regards.
