What Should I Do If I Had Hurt My Head Badly While Skiing?
i hit my head skiing today and took a while to remember exactly what happened! But managed to get home and had a bath head hurting all the time i even had a little sleep!! my head still feels like I ve banged it down one side and that side hurts when i cough or sneeze any ideas if this is normal or not

dear friend,head injury is serious if following sign are there-1.bleeding from nose and ear. 2.loss of consciouness and constant vomiting.3. convulsion.
if anything happens immediately visit the Emergency room.Otherwise relax and take painkiller and ice fomentation.
