What Should Be Done For Sticky Foreskin And Sore Corona Of Penis?
My foreskin has become somewhat sticky and when I retract the foreskin it takes some effort now. Also, the corona of my penis has become sore (likely because of this). I have seen my normal doctor and was prescribed lotrisone which didn't help and now a urologist has me on lotrimin (which doesn't seem to be helping). What should I do next?

Hi Thank you for asking HCM Your problem is most likely phimosis .Primary treatment is steroid ointment application and if any fungal infection is there can apply antifungal like lotrimin also. The definite treatment for this is circumcision. As you have tried steroid ointment and no improvement with it you can discuss about circumcision with a general surgeon. You only need to take rest for 1 week after the procedure.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.
