What Should Be Done For Swelling On Neck, Double Vision And Head Aches?

There is some swelling on the right side of neck which is hard to the touch and vision is double, right eye is crossing and have headaches, having pain on right side. I feel like my right side and stomach area inflammation as if bloated. what can I take for this?

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Double vision suggests that there is a space occupying lesion in the brain compressing on the visual pathway. Or there could be some local eye causes as well. It cannot be ignored and you need to undergo a CT scan of the brain for this purpose. Regarding the swelling in the neck, it may not be related with the double vision.
