To confirm pregnancy please get a urine pregnancy test done with morning sample of urine or a Beta Hcg blood test.The symptoms of pregnancy are;nausea;vomiting;giddiness;frequency of micturition,breast tenderness;etc .Craving for sour food is not a symptom of pregnancy.
