What Should Be Done When Heart Beat Is More Than Usual Even After Taking Andearal Tablets For Palpitation?
my 13 years old daughter is having palpitation i made her ecg it was 128 after taking andearal tablets it became 93 then the next day her pulse is 110 her blood tests were normal still on andearal and her heart is beating more than usual what to do my e mail is YYYY@YYYY

-palpitation in young children can be benign. but needs evaluation
-if you can provide us the EKG, I can make a diagnosis of the rhythm abnormality and advice any further evaluationif needed
-propranolol(inderal) tablets control heart rate
-it is advisable to get a thyroid function test , to exclude any abnormally increased function of thyroid gland
-she can continue to take inderal tablet
