Hello sir, My mother is having severe dysmennorhea since 10 years,associated with vomiting.ultra sonogram shows mildly bulky uterus.9.2*6.3*4.9cm in dimensions.. She had been taking NSAIDs for many years..last month she got peptic ulcer as drug adverse effect.now she is taking no medication.is there any other oral drugs that can be used instead of NSAIDs during dysmennorhea??
