What Should Be The Dosage For Clopidogrel And Aspirin 9 Months After PTCA To RCA Stent ( 1 )?

What is the dose recommended for Clopidogrel and aspirin 9 months after PTCA to RCA stent ( 1 ) ? During discharge my father was recommended (Clopidogrel 75 mg + aspirin 150 mg ) in morning and evening. But local cardiologist is recommending (Clopidogrel 75 mg + aspirin 150 mg ) only once a day in noon. Please advise.

HI..during angioplasty( PTCA) two types of stents are used. first BMS( bare metal stent), second is DES( drug coated stent). in both of stents Aspirin is given life long, initially 162 to 325 mg for 1 to 6 months depending upon stent type followed by 75 to 162 mg lifelong..
For pts with DES clopidogrel is recommended in doses of 75 mg per day for atleast one year and after that can be continued depending upon risk factors or physicians choice( some cardiologist also give double dose of clopidogrel for 2 to 3 initial months).
for BMS clopidogrel 75 mg is recommended for minimum 1 month and ideally for 1 year
