What Should Be The Gap Between Meloxicam And Tizanidine Intake?
I have been prescribe Meloxicam 7.5 twice daily and Tizanidine 4mg at bed time. Do I need to be concerned about how close together I take them, or can I take the second Meloxicam about bed time with the Tizanidine, and take the first meloxicam about 10 am.
hi, Meloxicam is a pain killer and is better taken immediately after dinner. Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant that has sedation effect and hence is better taken at 7 pm irrespective of food to prevent next day drowsiness. There are no known direct interactions between the two drugs, and hence you need not worry about keeping them apart. hope i am clear.
