What Should I Do For Experiencing Moderate Headache, Chest Pains While Moving, Swollen Sinuses?

Hello, I am experiencing a moderate headache, chest pains while moving, and feel the need to spit repeatedly. Nothing looks abnormal about the spit. In recent weeks I ve had some really bad head rushes and swollen sinuses (stuffy nose with no mucus). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi and welcome to HCM,

This is due to sinusitis. Hope you have taken x-ray of sinuses. There will be fluid collection in the sinus. You have pan sinusitis. Otrivin 2-3 drops in both ala. Pain relievers and antibiotics can be added. Avoid cold water and fruits. Always better to take hot water.

wish you speedy recovery

Thanks
