What Should I Do To Make My Lungs Healthy?

Hi! I have undergone a sputum test and the result was negative. I also had treatment for 6 months. When I had my repeat x-ray after 3 months from my last intake of 6 months of treatment, the radiologist told me that my repeat x-ray appears more dense and I have to undergo another x-ray after 3 months for a radiologic stability. It makes me sad I have to wait again after 3 months. My application abroad is being delayed because of this. What should I take to make my lungs healthy and less dense for my next x-ray? I supposed what the doctor told me appearing more dense is just a scar. Your answer would be a great help. Thank you!

Hi,

Sorry to hear about your problem. What were you diagnosed to have?

According to what you have mentioned here, You must have been treated for Tuberculosis which has a 6 month treatment schedule and follow xrays.

However if you are not symptomatic like before, it is unlikely that you have an active infection.
