Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
I have gone through your query, and from the information provided there are a few doubts in mind.
First, do you intend to prepone your period in order to avoid pregnancy? If this is so, this is not the right way to do it. You will have to confirm your pregnancy, and if you wish not to retain the pregnancy, go about an
abortion under the supervision of a doctor.
Next, tablet
Maintaine is used to prevent miscarriages and other pregnancy related problems, in order to retain the pregnancy. So, I would advise you not to continue this medication, and please take advise only from medical professionals, not from laymen.
Now, if you are having trouble with your menstrual cycle (i.e. irregularity), then you can take tablets containing (eg.
norethisterone) for 5-10 days, with a dosage prescribed by your doctor. You will get your period within 3-7 days after the last dosage.
I would also like to add, that if you wish to avoid pregnancy as your partner is not yet interested in getting married, then try birth control, and other
contraceptive measures. Please discuss these options with your doctor.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.
Best wishes.
