What The Reason For Vaginal Brown Liquid With No Other Abnormal Symptoms In A 67 Yr Old?

I am 67 years old ,, I have vaginal brown liquid ,when I wipe and panties are stained ,, I feel good no symptons ,, I eat well .I sleep well no pains anywhere ,, What could be the problem ,,and what is gynecologist looking for ?? What else can it be if cancer is omitted >> Biopsy will soon be taken

Well come to HCM
This could be dysfunctional bleeding and could be due to the hormonal imbalance and this may not be malignancy in my opinion if this is just first episode then you have to do nothing because this may not be the next time if this is persistence and happening on and often then this need to be examined clinically. hope this helps
