Dear friend, I have gone through your question..
According to WHO recommendations, after a live birth the interval for attempting the next pregnancy is atleast 24 months in order to reduce the maternal, perinatal and infant outcomes.
There are high chances for prematurity, small size baby, growth retardation in the newborn if the birth spacing is less.
Considering all these, you have to get a regular antenatal check up done with proper iron, calcium and folic acid intake.
Proper nutrition should be ensured.
Regular ultrasound scans should be done to assess the fetus.
The first child's nutrition should also be taken care of.
Thank you.
