What To Do For Fever, Rashes On Stomach/back, Missed Bowel Movement?

Hi, I am Vicki. My granddaughter was running a 102 temp and threw up once. She was listless, but keeping liquids down. Now, she is feeling somewhat better, but tired a lot. She has a rash now on her tummy and back and has not had a BM since Sunday or Monday. She is 18 mos old.

Rash can be due to exenthema of viral origin or so.
It would be wise to take an opinion of a Pediatrician ASAP.
