He had 105 fever about 5 hours ago, 4 yrs 10 months old, fever went down with tylenol , keeping ice pack on head but shivering or shaking while sleeping

A fever of 105 with chills and rigors in a 4 year old kid definitely needs Pediatrician consultation.He mostly has an infection somewhere in his body.Please visit your Pediatrician as early as possible.After examination ,he may ask you get a blood test done for typhoid , malaria.
