What To Do For Knee Pain If Had Surgery Previously, No Tears In Miniscus But Having Tendon Issues Now?

MY KNEE HURTS VERY BAD ABOVE MY KNEECAP I HAD SURGERY ABOUR 8 YEARS AGO RIPPED MY QUADRICEP WENT FOR MRI AND IT SHOWS NO TEARS IN MINISCUS BUT IT DOES SHOW SOMETHING NOT RIGHT WITH TENDON WHERE THE SUTURE IS LIKE ITS RIPPED NOW WHAT I AM ASKING IS WHAT NEXT CAN BE DONE

Hi
I cant comment exactly as i havent seen your mri report.
But from your symptoms i would suggest is that if your knee joint is good and if you have pain or pathology in quadriceps tendon then you should go for quadriceps plasty which will give you best results.
