What To Do For Not Having Normal Bowels After Finished Chemo For Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia?
I finished chemo (Rituximab) for chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Ever since my bowels have not been normal. The are stringy. What can I do? I take metamucil & mirolax and have for years. I have had colon surgery for divberticulitis. Jo Ann ( WWW.WWWW.WW

Bowel habits may change after chemotherapy and this is mostly just a short lived side effect and willsubside. But you can increase your fiber bulk and stick to more fruits and vegetables. Hydration levels should be higher than normal.
