What To Do For Pain In The Body Due To Arthritis?

I am 4 9 female 47 years old 124 pounds. 2 knuckles on 1 hand have shown signs of arthritis for several years now. It has spread to more knuckles on both hands. A few months ago my wrist started to stiffen up with a bit of pain. It has progressed quickly to constant pain and almost uselessness. I am waiting for health insurance to take effect May 1st but still leary as am full-time medical student and event staff bartender, cannot afford time off for operations. Urgent care radiologist named something called Madelung deformity. Is it possible for arthritis to suddenly become aggressive. I know I have had it my whole life, even since a young age though not diagnosed I have had painful knees, but the last few months I feel my body is being attacked.

yes it is definitely possible for arthritis to flare up.
so it generally requires some blood tests and more medication.
this will have to be done to tide over the flare.
