Hello, thank you for consulting with healthcaremagic. It looks you are havibg a problem of jaw joint called as Temporomandibular joint. As the joint is situated in front of the ear on both side and responsible for opening and closing of mouth. The pain of jaws radiates towards head and neck and pain is present while eating and chewing. So better that once you visit an oral medicine specialist and get complete treatment done. Hope it will help you.
