What To Do For Red Eyes And Blood Spot At Bottom That Hurts When I Move It?

I was poked in the eye. My eye is very red! There's a blood spot at the bottom and it slightly hurts when I move it. Also I don't know if my contact lens is still in there. What's should I do? Also when the impact first occurred, I could not see anything. It was fully black. But now I can see fine! It just feels weird due to the swelling!

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem if you are using contact lens then first this could be possible cause and second is some allergic condition of the eye If I would be your doctor then I would advise you for anti-allergic drops and the best choice would be "Alcaftadine" this would give good result, if the condition remains as it is even after the drops then it need to be seen by ophthalmologist, take care have good day.
