What To Do For Severe Headaches, Vomiting, Loss Of Apetite After Giving Birth 8 Months Ago?

i am suffering from a severe headache and sometiimes i felt like i almost throw up... and i also loss my appettite. i just gave birth 8 months ago and my friends here told me to just get a good sleep at night since i;m the one who tool care of my little boy in the midst of the night... what will i do to regain my appetite and also my severe headache? do you have any vitamins recommended for me?

Hi. I can understand the plight you are going through . Work and work all the way- If a patient like you comes to my clinic with a history similar to this i would like to investigate the patient as you have vomiting with headache, loss of appetite. Yes, to start with try to relax. Have as much sleep as possible - coincide with your son,s sleep pattern. Try taking paracetamol 500 mg three times a day for at least 5 days. See if there is improvement, do not worry. If no improvement i would like to have further investigations.
