What To Do For Sharp Pain In Transversal Area Around Foot After Having Twisted Foot?

Hi my name is raj I had a twist on my foot two time on the same day day during soccer training. Aft a year I got another twist on the same foot during training so I stopped training. Now it has been 2 years since the last injury and I m feeling a sharp pain in the transversal area around my foot pls advise me what can be done I m getting the pain every day in the morning I can t walk properly and in the night after work I feel the pain.

Hi
First of all get x ray done for foot and ankle.
If it is normal then for sure it is ligamentous sprain.
And for that you need to apply crepebandage or below knee slab.
Avoid weight bearing on affected limb for a week and keep the foot elevated.
If pain take mild analgesic.
Get well soon.
