What To Do For Swollen Thyroid That Was Showed In MRI?
I had a MRI of my spine due to neck and right arm to finger pain. It showed a narrowing of the center canal but also showed a swollen thyroid. I had an ultrasound of the thyroid and then they ordered a catscan. I now have to have a needle biopsy of a lesion in the right side of neck and chest area.
Dear user Hi! there is no query in your statement. but let me explain something what i felt you want to know. thyroid swellings are usually benign or compensatory in function. so not to worry much. you have already undergone needle biopsy so let us wait for the report. Another thing you need is to know the functioning status of thyroid so please check your TSH and FT4 as well. Regards!
