On new years day 2011 i had what i think was a small chicken bone caught down my throat just by my left tonsil. I had xray the following day which showed nothing but i could feel it when putting my finger down my throat. for a week it sat there cutting the side of my tongue. i was eventually sent to ent and scoped but the doc said she could not see it because of where it was lodged however in the waiting room it moved and i swallowed it. but ever since i have a sharp feeling slightly further down in the throat every time i swallow and i can also feel my uvula hanging down my throat. i have had ct scan and ultrasound but showed nothing. i am really concerned now because its been 3 months and still really uncomfortable.could whatever it was be stuck there still causing me to feel this and why am i still feeling my uvula to the left of my throat everytime i swallow. i am now really desperate for answers but get the same response which is globus hystericus. it is not this as i have had this before and it is completely different. this all started the day after we assumed i had swallowed the alledged bone. your help is greatly appreciated.
